Responsibilities

• Developing lesson plans and teaching the subject of Mathematics for middle school students in accordance with the school’s requirements and specific grade levels
• Take on the responsibilities of a homeroom teacher, manage students, and maintain positive and effective communication with parents through email and direct conversations.
• Organize and participate in teacher training activities and personal development opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate activities and events for students throughout the school year, contributing to the development of the Vietnamese Language and Culture program within the school.

Position Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education (with a specialization in Mathematics), or a related field.
• Teaching Certification: A valid teaching certificate or license is often required to teach in formal educational institutions.
• Subject Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mathematics concepts and principles relevant to the grade level or subject area being taught.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching mathematics, preferably in an educational setting. Some positions may require a minimum number of years of teaching experience.
