Driver

Position Objective

The driver is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for vehicle operations, including transportation of students, teachers, and as assigned, ensuring time, location, and safe for the established schedule. In addition, the driver is responsible for checking, maintaining, and ensuring vehicle hygiene during use and after use.

 

Position Objective

  • Pick up and drop off students and teachers daily as assigned by the driving team leader and school operations manager.
  • Transporting school staff to handle work with departments and related tasks.
  • Ensure maximum safety for those sitting in the vehicle.
  • Take full responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the delivered vehicle.
  • Check the vehicle’s condition before making trips and handle tasks while traveling on the vehicle. Check the operating status of equipment and machinery on the vehicle such as brake – gas system, lights, horn, turn signals, wipers, seat belts, tire hardness, gasoline, oil… to ensure all Everything meets the requirements before departure.
  • Check and clean the vehicle after the trip, ensuring the vehicle is clean and meets the required quality.
  • Store documents to pay for maintenance and repair costs and give them to the accounting department to make payment proposals.
  • Other works and duties assigned by the line manager.

 

Position requirements

  • Driver with class D license or higher. Have experience driving tourist vehicles of 16 seats or more.
  • Good personnel background.

 

Abilities/ Skills

  • Good communication skills, especially the ability to communicate in English, is an advantage.
  • Agile, agile, good customer care ability.
  • Safe driving skills, observing the road and handling situations on the road; Good time management skills; Good listening skills.
  • Good visibility and visibility to avoid collisions, accidents and potential risks on the road. Know the terrain and roads.
